In Diversity Same Difference eTraining the issues are not studied in isolation, they are focused on as a whole within the context of organisational roles and responsibilities. Depending on these areas of responsibility, individuals may find that two, three or even all six units are applicable. Guidance is also provided as to the most relevant sections for staff roles, from directors and strategy implementers to front line staff.
Diversity Same Difference eTraining focuses on how the whole spectrum of diversity impacts on the different types of work we do, rather than simply focusing on single issues such as race or disability.
There are many new ways of learning and some familiar exercises used in new ways. For example Diversity Same Difference eTraining has many case studies and scenarios to illustrate concepts and ideas.
Usually people are asked to read through case studies and work out how the situations outlined in them should be addressed.

In this e-solution, the issues contained within the situations are highlighted and individuals are then asked to apply their learning to the exercises that follow. This is a quicker way to pick up on underlying issues, giving people an immediate chance to apply their learning before the assessment stage of each section. |
