The Diversity Group Same Difference eTraining is the most comprehensive diversity e-learning solution currently available in the UK. Over ten hours of modular training can be selected according to role and responsibilities, combines with many integral management and support processes in offering a complete resource and evidence gathering solution for any organisation.

The seven strands of diversity: age, disability, family circumstances, gender, race, religion and belief and sexual orientation are covered within six practical work and role related units:
* Equality, Diversity & The Law
* Working Together
* Sensitive Service Provision
* Managing Diversity
* Fair Selection
* Planning For Diversity

May 2005 saw the third anniversary of UK legislation requiring many organisations to plan, publish and implement their diversity strategies.

Over the last five years our experience has shown that traditional training methods alone cannot and do not adequately service this legal requirement. Using a blend of e-learning and other processes has proven to be the most effective method of moving organisations further towards satisfying these legal responsibilities.
Diversity Same Difference eTraining is now widely regarded as the most comprehensive, flexible and sustainable Diversity resource available in the UK, and is extensively used throughout public sector organisations including NHS, Central Government, Local Government, Education and Housing.

In Diversity Same Difference eTraining the issues are not studied in isolation, they are focused on as a whole within the context of organisational roles and responsibilities. Depending on these areas of responsibility, individuals may find that two, three or even all six units are applicable. Guidance is also provided as to the most relevant sections for staff roles, from directors and strategy implementers to front line staff.

Diversity Same Difference eTraining focuses on how the whole spectrum of diversity impacts on the different types of work we do, rather than simply focusing on single issues such as race or disability.

There are many new ways of learning and some familiar exercises used in new ways. For example Diversity Same Difference eTraining has many case studies and scenarios to illustrate concepts and ideas.

Usually people are asked to read through case studies and work out how the situations outlined in them should be addressed.

The seven strands of diversity: age, disability, family circumstances, gender, race, religion and belief and sexual orientation are covered within six practical work and role related units:
In this e-solution, the issues contained within the situations are highlighted and individuals are then asked to apply their learning to the exercises that follow. This is a quicker way to pick up on underlying issues, giving people an immediate chance to apply their learning before the assessment stage of each section.
Diversity Same Difference eTraining stimulates thought processes and moves away from just standard routine multiple choice or tick box assessments. It involves people, engages them, and provides real evidence of capability, improvement and change.
