Dr Massoud Hajsadr

 Dr Hajsadr is a fantastic example of the quality of lecturers at City of Sunderland College. Obtaining an impressive array of qualifications such as a Bsc in Education, being in Electronic and Control Engineering, PhD in Artificial Intelligence and also being a Certified NLP Practitioner, Dr Hajsadr is a leading example of what can be achieved through learning. Having worked for City of Sunderland College for six years, he has worked in the Higher Educational Computing department for all of that period, teaching on various courses including HNC, HND and Foundation Degree courses.
While working at the college, Massoud has been successfully awarded the JISC Award for the best e-learning practitioner. This was for the creation and usage of his website elesson.co.uk and blended animated teaching methods which he uses within the classroom.
In his search for a better way for classroom teaching I revisited many of human learning theories and practises. His final choice was a very successful website, which he personally created http://elesson.co.uk
Animated teaching objects were placed on elesson website and used via a new blended learning pedagogy in his classrooms. The results in students’ success were astonishing. His success in implementation of blended animated teaching pedagogy at college has won him three accepted papers at three international conferences. |
